  1. CONCEPT CREATION & BUDGET PLANNING

    At the beginning of each project, we work closely with architects, interior designers, or directly with clients – such as hotel operators, project developers, or investors. The goal is to gain a deep understanding of the design vision, functional requirements, values, overall project objectives, and the available budget.
    If a detailed inventory or requirement list is not yet available at the project start, we assist in creating one to ensure a comprehensive overview of all required or desired items. Naturally, any preferred or pre-defined suppliers and manufacturers specified by the client can be considered and directly integrated into the process at any time.

  2. SOURCING

    In this phase, we either conduct targeted research and select suitable products and manufacturers based on the defined concept – or, if a fixed item list is already available, we ensure its precise and reliable execution in accordance with the specifications. Depending on the project structure, our services include:

    • Contacting manufacturers and suppliers as defined by the architect or client

    • Negotiating optimal terms regarding pricing, delivery timelines, and logistics

    • Proposing suitable alternatives for discontinued or unavailable products

    • Ensuring alignment with the project's design intent, functional needs, and budgetary framework

    Upon request, we also source selected vintage and antique pieces – carefully handpicked from international markets to add character, authenticity, and uniqueness to the final project.

  3. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS & SAMPLING

    Based on the concept and sourcing results, we present if wanted targeted product recommendations to the client / or architect. We present catalogues, product datasheets, or physical samples if needed (e.g. materials, finishes, fabrics)

    On request: mood boards or sample setups to visualize the design direction

  4. CUSTOMER APPROVAL & ORDERING PROCESS

    Once the product selection is finalized, we take care of the complete order management process, including:

    • Confirmation of items, quantities, finishes, and color schemes

    • Coordination of delivery timelines, shipping methods, and installation schedules

    • Preparation of final purchase orders, including contractual details and payment terms

    We handle all coordination with suppliers and partners on behalf of the client.

  5. QUALITY CHECK

    Upon arrival of the goods at the client’s premises, we carry out a detailed inspection to check for any transport damage. Should any defects or damages be identified, we immediately handle the claims process with the supplier and ensure that suitable replacements are arranged without delay. All findings are documented transparently for the client – ensuring that the final delivery meets the expected standards in full.

  6. DECORATION & COORDINATION IF NEEDED

    If required, we also support the final implementation phase:

    • Coordinating deliveries, warehousing, and on-site installation schedules

    • Assisting with final setup, styling, or decorative touches

    • Working alongside the interior design team to ensure a cohesive outcome
